Sunday Writers Group began in the spring of 2005. Our members were taking Tony Grooms’ novel writing class in the MAPW program at Kennesaw State University. We wanted to continue as a critique group and apply the lessons learned in class. We continue to meet roughly every month. Over the ten years, we have learned to value each writer’s approach to the material offered for the meeting, to encourage, cajole, and celebrate finished novels and stories.
